APPLICATION
DATA:
Template bushings are designed for economy
and are primarily intended for thin template materials
varying from
1/1 6 to 3/8 inch thick, which provides low cost
drill tooling. Template bushings are held in place
by a retainer ring. The serration on the template
bushing allows positive locking, which prevents
bushing spin in the template.
A feature of the template bushing is that you
can reuse it by simply breaking the aluminum retainer
ring and removing it from the template.

- INSTALLATION
The
Template Bushing is ideally designed for installation
by Arbor Press, Rivet Gun or other impact tools.
The serrated body compensates for the varying
impact pressures... while locking positively and
preventing bushing spin in the template or plastic
tooling lay-up.
Please check the relative height of the aluminum
ring with the bushing groove before securing.
